This facility tested the Space Shuttle Main Engines, not the Solid Rocket Boosters.
No wonder your Robin Reliant Space Shuttle crashed, if you can't tell the difference between liquid and solid propellant rockets.

The solid rockets are tested in Utah at Morton Thiokol. This is a test of the shuttle's main engine.

So why not use this in California right about now where they can't control the fires due to supposedly dry conditions? Poor fire fires are risking their lives when they can easily put them out with a machine like this. What a shame!!!
