No one in Liverppol said anything when this aired, another tired old incorrect stereotype about Liverpool on the BBC, a week later Clarkson has a joke at the expense of Mexicans the world goes mental ! typical hypocrisy from the media.

It's such an old tired joke I agree on that. When will people give scousers a rest. I'm not a scousers, but I do hear nasty things about em, mainly the "sticky fingers" comments, that they're all for themselves, they're thieves, they're foul-mouthed, council estate benefit scroungers. And so is Manchester and London & every other place, but Liverpool seems to get the abuse because it's a catchy word. Get this drivel off TV & bring back proper informative motoring back like Top Gear used to be.
