Really top gear was the only program that could use a real man do a scary stunt with no help and safety advice and get away with it. They don’t even tell you not to do it at home! What if my 6yr brother try to do this?

You're never going to be able to replicate the Bond stunt properly without building a breakaway section of the launch ramp that falls away once the left front wheel has passed over it (there must be nothing under the rear left wheel as the car starts to roll) and also adding a fifth "kicker" wheel on the rear axle close to the diff (you can see this if you look carefully at the Bond stunt).

  • On the first attempt, they used the crash sound of Lorry 2 falling off the quarry into the gorge from the Thomas and Friends episode “Horrid Lorry”, Series 5 Episode 2.

Well really the 2nd attempt was still a fail. Didn't land perfectly and damaged the car. A perfect landing like in the film would be a pass.

Ugh! Sorry, but they did it with much more class in The Man With The Golden Gun. Here, it’s sloppy. In the movie, it was near perfection.

The difference between the first and second jump are the stunt driver had put more hours into playing Track Mania by then.
