2019 Toyota Highlander Review: A comfortable, competent 3 row SUV choice

The 2019 Toyota Highlander is the automaker’s midsize, 3 row crossover SUV. It received its last major update in 2016, so not much is new for 2019. A comfy ride and spacious cabin keeps the aging three-row crossover relevant. Read the full review –

Still no HID/LED headlights. Absolute deal breaker in today's market.

  • If it ain't broke, don't fix it

There was no mention of the hybrid option, which is unavailable in the competition.

ive been critical of Toyota's exterior aesthetics in the past, for being too boring, or too crazy. This is actually quite a handsome look IMO

I wonder when Toyota will step up their interior game. Or their exterior game. Its decent but so incredibly meh.

All of these 3-row midsizers are all so. fine. I don't really think it matter which one you get (except the cx-9 is kinda fun) so you might as well get the most reliable one (highlander)

This car is now a “fleet only” model. Just too far behind all the competition. Having eliminated the option of not having a third row (which is useless), it just doesn’t appeal to many. All of its sales are to taxi and rental fleets.

I would take the Telluride over this…Better bang for the buck…And in 6 months there will be incentives.

What's wrong with this guy? He can't hold still. It's like he has to go to the bathroom. Also he fit fine in the 3rd row. He could've made a point that he's the size of a small child. The Pilot is ugly compared to this. He basically wasted everyone's time with this video.

He could have just showed him looking back at the Highlander and saying meh and then driving off in a stupid Kia. 5 seconds we get the point.
