So, finally in front of my lens is the brand new facelifted 2020 Audi SQ7. One of Audis most popular performance SUV’s. In Europe it’s available with this high revving (900Nm) and powerful (435hp) TDI-engine with two turbos and an electric compressor. While North America, Middle East and Asia, get the 4.0 BiTurbo TFSI from the S8, making here 500hp.
Anyways, enjoy the beast on very foggy day in Warsaw of Poland.

I love that the new Q7 looks less like a lifted station wagon and more like an SUV. Are all of the exhausts real on this ?
Also North America seems to get the best engines with the gasoline V6 in S6/7 and gasoline V8 in SQ7. Never thought I’d be jealous them

Apart from the dual touch screen inside the car the rest of the exterior is a step backwards from the pre-facelift SQ7.
The rear design now looks like a Q5/VW Touareg with a add-on chrome bar copied from Mazda CX9. As for the front, the design looks way too busy for an Audi. Although the front grill now appears to look bigger, but in real life the front grill surround is very skinny and the bonnet looks like it doesn't close properly. Q8 and perhaps the new RS6 are the only 2 that has a strong looking grill in the entire family. I understand the facelift needs to fit in with Audi's new design language but the face-lift Q7 just looks awkward(distorted) in real life. Over all it appears to look like a much much smaller SUV and has lost the dominance look it once had. Audi also cut back on the interior door trim near the door handle, notice that instead of two layers, (Aluminium/Carbon) it is now a big huge piece which cheapens the look.
