Nice typo in the engine bay with "1ST UNIT PRINCIPLE CAR ONLY".
In movie making, it's called Principal Photography, as in first. 'Principle' is for math, science, or other laws.

Some YouTube channel should restore the car in my opinion.
Remove the excessive spray paint, detail the interior & exterior, make it mechanically better so that it revs up high (like it should), install a catback exhaust and etc..

They had to retard the rpm so the supercharger would not over pressure, etc. They obviously could have fixed that using different means, but why bother?
