I doubt it’s gonna cost less than $55k, but I want that sweet HUMMER EV. And then I probably won’t buy another vehicle for 12+ years

I can’t wait for the CyberTruck. 😍

Except for Tesla, Rivian, and the traditional automakers, the rest are just vaporware until they actually deliver a product.

Newsom's mandate is politics as usual. He's just another politician grabbing his flag and running to the front of the parade, so it looks like he's leading it. Anyone who's been following the EV market knows that we will likely have near full adoption of EV's WAY before 2035. As for the power grid, what she says is true, but the cause of our power woes is a direct result of California's idiotic political machinations. Mandating "renewable" (read un-reliable) energy sources, and denying new conventional (read reliable) energy plants to be built. We pay some of the highest electric rates, and have reliability of service at the bottom of the scale. Nuclear plants are the best solution here, but don't count on that with this administration. California, you have been warned, your energy will rationed, and that means less food, less fun, and less money for you.

Rivian, Byton, and you forgot Lucid.
Dave Martin
The Rivian vehicles don't have in-wheel hub motors.
Roman Chyshkevych
Byton, VW, Nissan, Rivian. In that order based on attainability and utility
Roman Chyshkevych
You left out Lucid though

I would pick the Rivian. I have seen them in person and they are really sweet vehicles.
Kaynan Williams
I would definitely pick the ariya but only the 389hp model.

petroleum vs acid rain batteries vs newman free energy motor available since the 80's. Toyota made an overunity motor in the 70's it was even on the cover of their quarterly magazine

How about none. Just ignore the stupid mandates and keep buying new gasoline vehicles and watch the auto industry collapse because people are not buying electric vehicles. Screw what the government says they cant force electric cars on everyone.

An EV truck being a work truck? Come on don't be ridiculous. Batteries don't have nearly enough energy to power all the tools all day long.

I was in high school in 91 when Honda released the first electric car. I am shocked in 2020 that were still driving gas powered vehicles. So it’s even more crazy to say it’s going to be 2035. We need non gas powered vehicles by 2025. We can do it.

Interesting. I expect that the upcoming Ford F-150 E(?) will be a huge success. But mostly because of their dealership network and past F-150 (best selling truck in ‘Merica) owners/repeat sales. Thanks for the video.

The Mach-e is THE car to watch. It has the name strength far beyond most cars and as EV's come to sit in the minds of regular consumers they will be cross shopping it as people need to replace one of their cars in the next year or two. Once they figure out the zero maintenance over the years it's a done deal. Can you provide any update on new DOT rules coming? Right now the Cybertruck isn't legal without side mirrors. I don't think it's even in mule tests yet so it is still just a concept car driving around a parking lot.

lets see the wanna be mustang in the real world and see how it performs.

Am all IN for EV for personal transport and clean air, lets hope EV charging times and Stations improves by 2035

You can't consider EVs without Tesla, plain and simple.

Elon is going to open some pick-up bars where Cybertruck cowboys are giving you free rides…..

Gov Nuetered is a hoot.
How ironic that the one state that has rolling blackouts, and cant keep the lights on, is mandating EV's only?
Next thing you know, this dipshi^ will mandate masks at home

so you're telling me in 15 years gas engines will be illegal? lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you have to be f'uc'k'in'g' stupid to think this will ever happen in our lifetimes … as long as there's oil to be sold the oil lobbyist's will keep the politicians in check ,, imagine living in 2020 & still believing in obvious grandstanding , talk about being gullible yikes

I would probably just get the Hyundai Ioniq since it's the best value for a compact ev that is affordable, or get a model 3.

What happens if theirs's a power cut, no one's charging anything up, and going nowhere. The infrastructure Worldwide won't be ready by 2035. No more classic/vintage car shows, the joy of driving will have long gone. The Mustang looks great, but no noise, no Mustang, just an upgraded milk float.
