Can I just point out several thing about Clarkson's "assault".
1. They had been filming all day
2. Clarkson had been promised a hot meal
3. Clarkson had, in the few days prior to the assault, had a potential throaght cancer diagnosis
4. He was also going through a berieverment, having not long lost his mum
5. He was also going through a divorce
